What’s the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you'll get an email confirming your purchase. We usually ship orders out within 24 hours of receipt. Shortly thereafter, you’ll receive an email with the shipping status. You can also using our order lookup page at any time to see the status of your package.

I ordered the ebook. When will I get it?

Shortly after your order for the ebook goes through, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your book. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away.

I lost my ebook file. Can I download the ebook again?

Yes, of course. Send us a message from our contact page, and we will send you a new download link

How can I read the ebook?

When you buy an ebook, you will receive a DRM-free PDF file. PDFs can be read on your computer using Adobe Acrobat or Preview. For iPhone and iPads, you can read the PDF from iBooks. Android users can read the ebook using Adobe Acrobat for android or any other PDF reader.

What is your return policy?

Neither paperbacks or ebooks are returnable.
